Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love every piece you discover at RareAccess, but we understand that some pieces might not fit or meet your expectations.

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, contact us at rareaccess.hub@gmail.com. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at rareaccess.hub@gmail.com so we can review the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Please note that all sale items are final and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
We also cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Perishable goods (such as food or flowers)

  • Personal care items (such as beauty or hygiene products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you have any questions about a specific item, please contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to make a new purchase once your return is accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
